REALTOR® · eXp Realty · Licence 182674
I am a licensed REALTOR® with eXp Realty and a member of Greater Vancouver REALTORS® since 2019, working across residential and commercial property in Surrey, South Surrey, White Rock, and the wider lower mainland.
My approach is simple: do the research so my clients don't have to. Whether it is a family home in South Surrey, a strata office in Surrey City Centre, or a first purchase overseas, the standard is the same — informed decisions, made calmly, with the numbers on the table.

Two markets, one standard
Most of my work is here in the lower mainland, where I represent buyers and sellers across the full range of residential property — from first condos in Surrey City Centre to family homes in Grandview Heights and character houses in White Rock.
On the commercial side, I am a CCIM candidate, bringing institutional-grade analysis to retail, office, industrial, and land transactions. Commercial decisions are underwritten on income and use, not on how a property photographs, and that discipline carries into everything else I do.
I am also licensed in Dubai, holding brokerage registration BRN 83625. That came from Canadian clients asking real questions about a market they kept reading about, and wanting someone who could answer them without a sales agenda. Today I guide North American investors through Dubai with the same due-diligence-first approach I use at home.
How I work
The research comes first
Every recommendation — a list price, an offer, a walk-away — arrives with the data behind it. You see the comparable sales, the days on market, and the assumptions, not just the conclusion.
Opportunity and risk, both named
A property that looks strong on paper can carry problems worth knowing about early. An honest read of the downside is more useful than enthusiasm, and it is what protects the decision.
No manufactured urgency
Markets move, but pressure tactics serve the agent, not the client. The right pace is the one that lets you make an informed decision you will still be comfortable with in five years.
Let's talk
A first conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation. Tell me what you are weighing and I will tell you what the numbers say.
